Snow CAN be a Good Thing...Sometimes

If you run your own Etsy shop etc, you probably know how important pictures are. Many times, they are the determining factor on whether or not someone even chooses to view your item. So they must be of decent quality at least.

Some people prefer white backgrounds (honestly, I think they are boring). I do agree that they make it easier to see right away what the product is that you are offering. And so I gave in, and decided to work on my product photos this week. I put them on white backgrounds (the snow, because I kill all light boxes haha). I suppose that is one good thing about snow. I left my funner backgrounds in the extra photos, the ones that don't show up as the first photo. I love the way natural lighting adds to my photos. Here are some samples of what I worked on this week.

Foxbrim Seaweed Complex Lotion Review

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experiences may differ.

I received for review Foxbrim Seaweed Complex Lotion. This product is formulated to nourish, firm, and moisturize skin. It includes ingredients such as Blue Green Algae, Hyaluronic Acid, and Ocean minerals. This lotion is natural and organic.

First of all, I noticed the scent of this lotion. Although I have never seen an ocean (or smelled one) in person, this smells like an "Ocean Breeze" (or something along those lines) scented candle. It smells very pleasant and fresh. The scent doesn't linger a long time and it isn't over-powering or perfumey. I appreciate that in a lotion. Especially one that I use as a facial moisturizer as well. This is by far one of the best lotions/moisturizers I have tried out there. I say this because not only does it have a pleasant smell, but it absorbs within seconds and doesn't make your skin feel greasy! I love that. Once again, Foxbrim has made a quality product. I give it two thumbs up!

Stretch Mark and Scar Cream Review

I received Stretch Mark & Scar Cream to review from InstaNatural. This product contains ingredients such as Grape Seed Oil, Vitamin C, and Cocoa Butter. It is designed to deeply moisturize and thus fade old stretch marks and scars, as well as prevent new ones from forming.

My first impression of this product was that it smells heavenly! Sort of a light sweet scent - a little fruity, a little floral. A little bit goes a long way! This product isn't super thick - but it isn't runny either. It is the perfect consistency, in my opinion. The fact that it is nice and smooth and not too thick makes it easy to spread. This cream absorbs quickly. I actually started using it all over my body - not just on scars and stretch marks. That's because it works! This is an amazing moisturizer. I give it two thumbs up!

Ultimate Vitamin C Skin Repair Serum Review and GIVEAWAY

I received this Ultimate Vitamin C Skin Repair Serum from Azure Naturals to review. This product is designed to repair skin damage as a result from the sun and other environmental factors. It also helps prevent future skin damage from them (although it should be noted that this is not a replacement for sunscreen). This product contains mostly natural and organic ingredients. It is also non-GMO and not tested on animals!

This product smells great! It has a nice citrus-y scent (reminds me of orange juice). This product is thin - which I love in a Vitamin C Serum. It is easy to apply and a little goes a long way! The product absorbs quickly and doesn't leave your skin sticky at all. From the first day I started using this product, I noticed almost instant results! I love how it makes my skin look - nice and smooth. I give this product 5 stars!

Male Health & Testosterone Support Review

I received Male Health and Testosterone Support from LES Labs to review. This product supports testosterone levels and overall male health. It is a natural dietary supplement with ingredients like Ginseng and Nettle Root Extract.

This product was for my dad and this is where I have my information to complete this review from. His first impression was that the pills are quite large. They go down smoothly though, thanks to their capsule shape and the outside coating on them. He appreciated the fact that it was all natural - he has used Nettle Root Extract in the past and was happy with the results. This supplement does exactly what it says - makes one feel healthier and supports energy and testosterone levels.
